The Challenge
Apex Miles provides a massive suite of B2B solutions, ranging from standard LLC registrations to highly specialized trucking compliance (MC/USDOT numbers), CPA support, and business brokerage. When the client approached us to build their digital presence, they presented a common but demanding hurdle: there were no wireframes, no mockups, and no predefined design assets. The only creative direction provided was a link to a competitor’s website. The goal wasn't just to mimic the competitor, but to completely outshine them. We needed to conceptualize a comprehensive digital architecture from a blank canvas that could organize their diverse, complex services into an intuitive, high-converting user journey.
The Solution
To deliver a highly customized and scalable platform, I architected the entire website on WordPress, heavily leveraging the dynamic layout and styling capabilities of Elementor. Because there was no preliminary design phase provided by the client, I took charge of the UX/UI logic, structuring the site to distinctly separate their core verticals—Business Registration, Trucking Compliance, and Financial Services.
Using Elementor, I engineered custom, mobile-responsive layouts from scratch, ensuring that the visual hierarchy built immediate trust with enterprise clients, fleet owners, and independent drivers alike. I focused on frictionless navigation and integrated robust, multi-step lead-capture forms for consultations and LLC registrations directly into the user flow. Furthermore, I optimized the underlying structure for speed and integrated on-page SEO best practices from day one, ensuring the site wasn't just a digital brochure, but a functional asset primed for search engine visibility.

The final deliverable is a commanding, custom-built digital headquarters that positions Apex Miles as a definitive industry authority. We successfully transformed a single competitor reference into a totally bespoke, lead-generating WordPress platform.
